1. My first quilt: Double Four Patch

Dotty Warkentine taught me how to quilt, and suggested this pattern, Double Four Patch, for my first quilt.

It was entered in the 1996 Big Fresno Fair in the beginning quilter category and won second place. Judge's comments: "Eye catching quilt. Good choice of fabrics. Nice quilting."
